Honor 700 Series Leaked With Native 1.72-Inch Rear Screen, 200MP Camera, and Massive 9,000mAh Battery

Honor 700 Series

Honor is quietly preparing its next generation of mid-to-high-end smartphones under the internal codename “Flora”. Recent reports emerging from Chinese supply chains indicate that the upcoming Honor 700 lineup could launch in China as early as November 2026.

According to a leak published by industry insider Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the new devices will introduce major hardware revisions, including a native secondary rear display, upgraded camera sensors, and a massive battery capacity that surpasses standard industry benchmarks.

The headline addition to the Honor 700 series is an integrated 1.72-inch secondary screen located on the back panel. While the previous generation relied on a magnetic snap-on accessory to deliver back-panel functionality, the new setup incorporates a built-in secondary panel directly into the phone frame.

Early engineering schematics reveal that this rear display handles quick notifications, widget controls, and framing previews for taking self-portraits using the primary rear camera array.

On the front, the smartphone features a 6.57-inch flat OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, and ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels.

In terms of imaging hardware, leaks suggest that Honor is equipping models in the lineup with a high-resolution 200MP primary camera sensor.

The higher-tier Honor 700 Pro is slated to couple this primary lens with a 50MP periscope telephoto camera designed for improved optical zoom performance, alongside a shared 12MP ultra-wide sensor across the broader lineup.

Although fine-tuning of the image signal processor is reportedly ongoing, the camera layout points toward a focus on high-detail capture and enhanced long-range optics.

Powering the device is a rumored 9,000mAh battery cell, marking a substantial increase in capacity over earlier generations. To support the oversized battery, the Pro variant is expected to feature 80W wired fast charging paired with 50W wireless charging capability. Honor is currently testing engineering units across four distinct color finishes: Cold White, Clear Sky, Blue Tone, and Pink Mist.

Honor has not yet issued an official statement or confirmed a launch date for the Honor 700 lineup.

Because the current specifications are derived from early test units, final commercial models may see localized changes before an official announcement
